Heads Up: This review is predicated on the main few episodes of Season 1 only. I was really looking ahead to Rick and Morty based on the hilarious teaser and the fact that this can be a hand drawn display like older, more classic cartoons. My concern was that it would end up having a weak, poorly written script. That's not the situation in anyway.
